This warranty applies to all eligible purchases made through Vex Elimecs LTD and covers manufacturing defects, operational faults, or non-compliance with the specifications provided at the time of sale.

Include:
Your order number or invoice reference.
Description of the fault or issue.
Photos or videos (if applicable).
Once submitted, our technical team will assess the issue and inform you of the next steps, which may include return instructions for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund.
The warranty will be voided under the following circumstances:
Tampering or unauthorized disassembly of the product.
Use of incompatible or non-genuine replacement parts.
Improper installation or operation outside the specifications provided.
Connection to an incorrect power supply or voltage.
Attempted repairs by unauthorized or unqualified personnel.
Physical damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, or external events (e.g. lightning, fire, water damage).
Failure to follow manufacturer’s user instructions.
To qualify for warranty support, the product must be:
Within the applicable warranty period.
Returned with prior authorization from Vex Elimecs LTD.
Accompanied by a valid invoice and return approval reference.
