In accordance with UK consumer protection laws and the applicable provisions of international trade regulations, the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery applies only to private individuals (non-business customers) purchasing as consumers.
This right does not apply to business customers (companies or sole traders purchasing on behalf of a business). If you are ordering on behalf of a company, returns are accepted only in specific cases (e.g. defective or incorrect items), following technical inspection and approval by VEX-ELIMECS LTD.

If you have received a product that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, VEX-ELIMECS LTD allows returns under the following conditions:
Inspection & Final Decision
Consumer orders: Resolution within 1–7 business days
Business orders: Resolution within 1–15 business days
If any tampering or misuse is detected, VEX-ELIMECS LTD reserves the right to deny refund and will notify the customer accordingly.
Availability Check
All orders are subject to product availability. In rare cases, due to concurrent orders or supplier lead times, availability may change after purchase. If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer:
A full refund
A lead time extension
A suitable alternative product
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before dispatch by emailing orders@vex-elimecs.uk. If your order has not yet entered the preparation phase, we will cancel it without charge.
Cancellation After Processing
If the order is already being processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation may still be possible, but may be subject to:
Handling and administrative fees
Re-stocking or backorder costs
Courier fees and bank transaction fees
A restocking penalty of up to 40% of the product value.
These fees will be communicated to you in advance for approval before cancellation is confirmed.
In Case of No Response
If you fail to respond to our cost estimate within 72 hours, we will treat your cancellation request as accepted under the stated terms.
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
Refuse the delivery and ask the courier to mark it as “damaged on arrival.”
If you accept delivery, write “Received with damage – subject to inspection” on the courier’s delivery note.
Then:
Keep all original packaging and items in the condition received.

We will initiate a courier investigation and arrange collection of damaged items where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer will not be eligible for a full refund. Additional shipping costs will apply for re-dispatch.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless otherwise agreed or the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return or cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout:

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
